Rude and hostile on the phone.

I spoke to Ms. Hall on the phone and she was extremely rude and hostile informing me that I had interrupted her from something very important. She lost my business then and there. If she was so busy, maybe the next time she should just let her phone go to voicemail so she can talk to potential clients in a more civil manner.

I recently used Becky to sell my house in Huntsville. She did an outstanding job and she sold our house in less than 10 days. I am happy that I "gave her a call"
